We fold our rugs to minimize plastic use for eco-friendliness while ensuring fast delivery and waterproof protection with enhanced durability. Temporary fold marks may appear upon unboxing, but these are easily managed since the rugs are washable, like clothing.

If you notice any CREASES upon unpacking, DON’T WORRY — they’re easy to remove.

To smooth out folds, you can simply lay the rug flat and all creases will disappear in ~72 hours.

For More Immediate Results:

  1. Lay your rug flat.
  2. Gently stretch any creases.
  3. Set your iron to low heat or steam.
  4. Place a cloth over the folded area.
  5. Lightly iron the cloth-covered folds in a smooth motion.

Rug Care Instructions:

• Wash at a maximum of 30°C (86°F).
• Dry naturally in a well-ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight and high heat.
